Fourth Graders Ski Free!

Our "Four For Free" program gives fourth graders another reason to
hold on to their report card:

A FREE SEASON PASS!

To provide an opportunity for local youth to participate in winter sports, Spring Mountain will again run the Four for Free program. Fourth graders in local school districts can sign up for this special program. (See below for included schools) Students receive a free season pass with their picture on it which entitles them to ski or board the mountain anytime we're open during the 2009-2010 season! We'll throw in one free hour and a half group lesson and two free rentals to help get you started and when you need a break, you can purchase a tubing ticket for half price (when available) when you show your pass!

IMPORTANT: Groups of students may not sign up for the free lesson together and each fourth grader MUST have a parent present to sign up in person for the lesson on the day it is taken.

Sign up for this program (PLEASE come with required items) is any day that we are open for picture taking (call first) after December 1, 2009 through January 31, 2010. There is a $5.00 processing charge.

FROM FEBRUARY 1, UNTIL WE CLOSE FOR THE SEASON, YOU MAY STILL SIGN UP FOR THE 4TH GRADE PROGRAM, BUT THE COST WILL BE $50.00.

IMPORTANT:
There will be no sign ups until after 4:00 during the week between Christmas and New Years or on Martin Luther King Holiday OR Presidents Day. There are NO refunds for tickets bought earlier that day or for any lessons taken that day if you choose to come before 4:00. NO EXCEPTIONS!

There will be no extensions or exceptions for ANY reason, so please do not ask.

IMPORTANT:
  1. Each child must come with their own parent. Each parent must show identification and read and sign a Release of Liability.
  2. Each child must have a valid 4th grade report card that clearly shows the year and 4th grade. If you have to turn your report card back in to the school, please make a copy of it first. If you have questions about this, please call prior to coming to be sure that you have what is required. We don't like to be mean, but this is an over $400 value, and the rules must apply to everyone. Homeschooled children have paperwork from their public school regarding their work for the year. We must have something that shows what grade equivalent your child is from the home district.
  3. There will be a $5.00 processing charge which will include the purchase of a Pass Holder which will hang from your child's zipper pull and which must be visible at all times while he or she is on the mountain.
  4. Season passes, rentals, and lessons are not transferable.
  5. Anyone with a season pass may purchase a tubing ticket at 1/2 price, based on availability for their own use.
  6. Sign up is any any day we take pictures after Dec. 1, and any non-holiday day from the day we open until January 31, 2009.
  7. IMPORTANT: We will not sign up any fourth graders on opening day due to the business of Opening Day.

  8. The deadline to register for the free program with $5.00 processing fee is January 31, 2009. The program is in effect until we close for the season. FROM FEBRUARY 1, UNTIL WE CLOSE FOR THE SEASON, YOU MAY STILL SIGN UP FOR THE 4TH GRADE PROGRAM, BUT THE COST WILL BE $50.00.
